Before Delivery Day

A few quick steps to keep everything simple on delivery day:

  • Delivery time: We deliver Monday through Saturday between 9 AM and 5 PM. We will contact you the day before with your delivery time and to confirm details.
  • Outstanding Payment: Any remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery.
  • Prep the pathway: Please ensure the delivery area is clear, and pathways are free of obstacles.Pets should be secured in a seperate room during the time of delivery.
  • Measure access points: We recommend measuring doorways, hallways, and stairways to ensure your furniture will fit. If anything looks like a tight fit, please let us know.
  • If delivery can't be completed: if we are unable to complete delivery due to space or access limitations, a return trip fee may apply.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES?

We provide furniture delivery from Monday to Saturday, with available time slots between 9 AM and 5 PM. The day before your scheduled delivery, we will give you a call to confirm your specific time frame.

DO YOU OFFER SAME-DAY DELIVERY?

While we currently don't offer same day delivery, we strive to accomodate urgent requests and can often arrange next-day delivery, depending on availability and location.

WHAT IS THE COST OF DELIVERY?

Our delivery fees are location-based. For precise pricing, please reach out to our office. Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside the immediate area.

DO YOU ASSEMBLE FURNITURE UPON DELIVERY?

Yes, our delivery team will set up and assemble your furniture upon delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY DELIVERY?

Please contact our front desk ahead of time if you need to reschedule. We will do our best to schedule your delivery for a time that is convenient for you.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO PREPARE FOR DELIVERY?

Please ensure the space where the furniture will be placed is clear, and that all walkways are free of obstacles. We kindly ask that pets are secured in a separate room during the time of delivery.

WHAT IF MY FURNITURE ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If any damage occurs during delivery, please contact our customer service team right away. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether through repairs or replacements.

CAN YOU REMOVE MY OLD FURNITURE?

No, we do not offer removal or haul-away services for existing furniture.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY AREA?

We deliver within the East Texas area. Please contact our front desk for specific delivery locations and any additional fees.
